RETURN POLICY

818 Swim offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

​

*Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. 818 Swim reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

 

To initiate a return, please click here. Please specify which item(s) you are returning and we will provide you with a USPS return label and packaging instructions based on your order size label.

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it at any USPS location or leave it with your mailman. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse via USPS to our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

818 Swim accepts International returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

​

To initiate an international return, please start your process here. Please specify which item(s) you are returning and we will provide you with a FedEx return shipping label. 

​

Once our warehouse receives your return and items have been quality checked, we will issue your refund. 

​

EXCHANGES

​

818 Swim offers exchanges only on different colors or sizes on the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed. There is no return shipping or restocking fee for exchanges.

Please specify which item(s) you are exchanging and will be able to print a USPS  return label.

Once your exchange / return is prepared, you can drop it at any USPS location or leave it with your mailman. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse via USPS to our warehouse in Los Angeles. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return or exchange to arrive at our warehouse.

 

Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.
